- Leveling the Playing Field Act 2.0 (H.R.1548/S.691/) - Support bill that updates U.S. trade remedy law to combat Chinas anti-free market trade practices.
- Protecting American Industry & Labor from International Trade Crimes Act (H.R. 1869) - Support bill which sets up a structure to criminally prosecute serious trade crimes.

- Support Developing Overseas Mineral Investments and New Allied Networks for Critical Energies Act, or DOMINANCE Act ,H.R.7037, which would create new offices and high-level positions to boost mineral diplomacy and counter Chinas supply chain dominance.
