Support funding for economic development of Dayton, Ohio, region; support Community Project Funding (CPF) for the Dayton, Ohio, region in House Appropriations bills; support Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) for the Dayton, Ohio, region in the Senate Appropriations bills; support military construction (MILCON) funding for at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and Springfield Air National Guard Base, Ohio, in future budget requests; support increasing funding for the Air Force FSRM account by $15 million to fund the redesign for the repair of the Wright-Patterson primary runway; support requiring the U.S. Space Force to establish a minimum of six personnel billets for instructors at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) and increasing the number of billets authorized to Space Force by a commensurate amount; support establishing a pilot program granting Defense Acquisition Organizations the authority to directly lease up to five facilities for up to five years to address urgent space requirements for classified work and acquisition missions; support authorizing and appropriating $45 million in Military Construction (MILCON) through Community Project Funding (CPF) or Congressional Directed Spending (CDS) for construction of the Human Performance Wing Laboratory at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base; support including a provision in the Fiscal Year 2026 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) to increase the ceiling for defense laboratory minor construction under the Laboratory Revitalization Program from $9 million to $12 million; support amending 10 U.S. Code 4124 to expand authorities for Partnership Intermediary Agreements (PIA) including authorities that are consistent with authorities for Partnership Intermediary Agreements in Title 15; support Authorizing and appropriating $28 million as Community Project Funding (CPF) or Congressional Directed Spending (CDS) for planning and design (P&D) toward construction of the AI Supercomputing Resource Center at Wright-Patterson; support urging the Air Force to fund $9.2 million for Planning and Design (P&D) toward construction of the Advanced Materials Research Laboratory of the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) at Wright-Patterson using funds targeted for defense laboratories but not naming specific sites; support directing the Secretary of the Navy to report on the long-term infrastructure improvements required for the Naval Medical Research Unit Dayton (NAMRU-D) as well as a plan for addressing those requirements; support authorizing and appropriating $19 million as Community Project Funding (CPF) or Congressional Directed Spending (CDS) for planning and design (P&D) toward construction of the U.S. Space Force Intelligence Facility at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base; urge the Department of Defense and Department of the Air Force to retain the rank of the commander of the Air Force Materiel Command as a four-star general officer; support funding for planning and construction of the Grange Hall Road/Interstate 675 interchange; support reintroduction and enactment of the Veterans Affairs Centennial and Heritage Act from the 118th Congress in support of the history program of the Department of Veterans Affairs and the National VA History Center (NVAHC); support reintroduction and enactment of H.R.5453 and S. 2784 from the 118th Congress to amend the Dayton Aviation Heritage Preservation Act of 1992 to adjust the boundary of the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park; and support programs of the Department of Defenses Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation (OLDCC).
