Meeting with USEPA Region 2 Administrator and staff to request a Prevention of Significant Deterioration non-applicability determination for Units 1 & 2 of the BL England generating facility, and to provide further explanation regarding written submissions. Pursuant to the Clean Air Act, a Prevention of Significant Deterioration is one of three possible determinations made by the EPA in response to a preconstruction permit for a project that is potentially a new source of emissions.
