- FY27 Interior-EPA Appropriations - Support reauthorization for water infrastructure programs which expire on Sept. 30, 2026 by fully fund core water infrastructure financing programs like the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds and WIFIA, as well as targeted grant programs that support small and disadvantaged communities, support rural communities, help reduce lead in drinking water and the removal of PFAS and other emerging contaminants
- Financing Lead Out of Water (FLOW) Act (H.R. 3892/S. 2007) - Support bill that to make it simpler and faster for public water systems to use tax-exempt bonds when paying for full lead service line replacements.
