Medicare Payment - Sent letter to congressional leadership supporting the passage of the Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act of 2025 (H.R. 879; S. 1640), making holistic Medicare payment reforms, and extending the 1.0 work GPCI floor past its expiration date of September 30.
Telehealth - Sent letter to congressional leadership urging the extension of telehealth flexibilities that expired at the end of September. Joined letter to Congress advocating for a two-year extension of telehealth flexibilities established under the COVID-19 public health emergency. Joined letter to the Drug Enforcement Administration on the need to extend current telehealth prescribing policies.
Value-based care - Sent letter to congressional leadership urging the passage the Preserving Patient Access to Accountable Care Act (H.R. 786; S. 1460).
Medicare Physician Fee Schedule and the Quality Payment Program - Submitted comments to CMS in response to the 2026 Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) and Quality Payment Program proposed rule. Joined letter to CMS supporting an adequate quality measure inventory in the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) in response to the 2026 PFS. Joined letter to CMS on the transition to digital quality measures in MIPS in response to the 2026 PFS.
