Res. 14; Title VII (Finance), Subtitle A (Tax), Sections 70101 (Extension and enhancement of reduced rates), 70105 (Extension and enhancement of deduction for qualified business income), 70301 (Full expensing for certain business property), 70306 (Increased dollar limitations for expensing of certain depreciable business assets), and 70307 (Special depreciation allowance for qualified production property). Proposals to repeal Inflation Reduction Act enhanced tax credits for paying prevailing wages and utilizing apprentices in One Big, Beautiful Bill Act. Proposals to limit the federal tax exemption for municipal bonds in the One Big, Beautiful Bill Act. Proposals to limit the deductions for state and local taxes paid by corporations and businesses. H.R. 703, the "Main Street Tax Certainty Act," a bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make permanent the Section 199A deduction for qualified business income; entire bill. Legislative proposals to renew the 100 percent expensing of new and used equipment and continuation of the 20 percent pass-through deduction in forthcoming legislation to reauthorize the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. Proposal to include in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act revised flat rate premium multiemployer defined benefit plans pay for insurance at the PBGC, limits on the return assumptions used by multiemployer defined benefit plans, and changes to the calculation of withdrawal liability for such plans.
